Mark has developed a portfolio of skills that includes hands-on experience in carpentry, architectural home design, furniture & cabinet making, project management, general contracting. Projects include the complete disassembly and reassembly of historic buildings; design, fabrication of interior millwork such as trim, doors, windows and furniture; and implementing ‘green’ building practices through awareness and application relevant material and trends. This experience enabled us to grasp orchestrate the entire house building and restoration process from very beginning to end and to help clients envision the finished product before work begins. Through this many years of experience Mark has brought together and managed teams of trades people, artisans, architects, designers and suppliers completing projects of lasting quality and enduring style. Personal and hands-on attention to every aspect of every project has enabled us to guide the homeowner through the entire design-build process.

Mark Porreca Custom Build, LLC is fully certified & insured and recognized as a dwelling contractor in the State of Wisconsin. We have a woodworking facility in Milwaukee from which we can produce custom cabinetry, interior & exterior design components and custom furniture.
