Cooper Hill Timber Frame, East Dover, Vermont
This project is in collaboration with Bensonwood Homes of Walpole, New Hampshire. This home is a “hybrid” house utilizing beautiful Timber Frame craftsmanship of and typical stick frame construction, The Bensonwood team provided the engineering, the timber frame and the building shell. It features a functional floor layout, with a living room which sports a beautiful stone fireplace and a spacious open loft above. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a bathroom with a steam shower and an absolutely breathtaking panoramic view overlooking the quaint village of East Dover and the southern New Hampshire Mountains looming in the distance. There are two bedrooms & a bath above the garage and two bedrooms & a bathroom on the garden level. The home is very well insulated and efficiently heated with radiant floor heat under gorgeous hardwood flooring. Anticipated Completion - Spring 2006.

Thayer Road, Dummerstown, Vermont
This classic New England Cape has many features seen in a variety of traditional homes of the region: clapboard siding, a covered porch, and a large family size kitchen with a walk-in pantry. The living room has a brick fireplace and is adjacent to the kitchen. Local hardwood ash flooring is accented by traditional interior trim details. Project Completed 1994.
